2 Students’ Experience: A Year of Alexander Technique Lessons
Alexander Technique helps with many different physical and mental health issues: PTSD, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, back pain, tension headaches, RSI etc. It is also as beneficial for those who have „found a breath of fresh air in life“ and, „found themselves, to connect better with the world“. Why would somebody start taking lessons? What have people gained and why have they committed for the whole year?

Having all the information about how to change habits, become aware and improve yourself, consider doing nothing about the improvement in order to break the cycle that actually causes your tensions. There’s nothing to fix, if everything’s okay.

Feeling stress is uncomfortable. Quite rightly our first notion would be to get rid of the stress in any possible way. But giving it a little thought, stress itself needs little of our attention, rather it’s our reactions to life’s events that could be worked with. Illusion of Luxury
The biggest positive change that I can see is when an individual takes a journey of Self Becoming. No social structure is able to transform to something better without its individual members shifting their thinking to more connected and integrated place.
